• Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled trip. Cancellations made before this deadline will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up on the day of your scheduled trip without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
• Weather Cancellations: Rio Niño Outfitters reserves the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

• Provided Equipment: We supply all necessary fly fishing equipment for your trip, including rods, reels, and lines. Customers are welcome to bring their own gear if preferred.
• Damage to Equipment: Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence during the trip. Damaged equipment will be subject to repair or replacement fees.

• Assumption of Risk: By participating in any activity with Rio Niño Outfitters, you acknowledge that fly fishing and outdoor adventures involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, weather hazards, and wildlife encounters. By booking a trip, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
• Limited Liability: Rio Niño Outfitters is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind arising from participation in our tours, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Health and Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically able to participate in the trip. If you have any health concerns, please inform us prior to the trip.
